Refund Policy
Please read this policy before making a purchase.

1.Digital Products
All store products are digital, in-game items or services delivered on the Realm MC Minecraft server.
2.Store Purchases
By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read this policy and our Terms of Service.
3.Payment Verification
Manual UPI payments are verified by authorized staff. An order is only confirmed once staff mark the payment as verified.
4.Delivery
Products are delivered manually by staff after payment verification. Delivery times depend on staff availability.
5.Incorrect Minecraft Username
You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username and edition. Contact support immediately if you made a mistake; corrections are handled case by case.
6.Duplicate Payment
If you accidentally pay twice for the same order, contact support with both transaction references so staff can review it.
7.Refund Requests
Refund requests must be made through a support ticket in the official Discord and are reviewed individually by the Realm MC team.
8.Support Process
Open a ticket in Discord with your Order ID, Minecraft username and UPI transaction reference (UTR).
9.Non-Refundable Conditions
Products that have already been delivered and used, and purchases related to accounts banned for breaking server rules, may not be eligible for a refund.
